We have been with wizert for few years. My coordinator Srinanda has been with me for quite few years now. She has always been very prompt and supportive with all my requests. Having a good coordinator really makes it easy for customer. We are at level that she now understands my needs and preferences when it comes to hiring a tutor. She makes sure that we are 100% good to go with the tutor before finalising. For wizert, I would like to see some study material available at your website related to the subject. As far as English is concerned, would like to see some structure that teacher follows as per the grade and curriculum. I understand English is not like other subjects which have a set syllabus but still as per the age and grade level a structure and syllabus can be formed which will make parents also understand the progress of child. For example I have been taking classes for more than a year and unless i ask the teacher to focus on a particular topic I have no idea how learning in classes has helped the child to manage school work and other day to dal writing and communication exercises. I know its a little vague field but due to absence of assessment every now and then I do not come to know how classes are benefiting the child.

At the current moment I don't have any criticism to give toward Wizert. This service has been nothing but helpful to my two middle school daughters. Their current tutor pooja explains things in a way that helps them to not only understand math, but to actually find math easy and simple. Our experience with Wizert has been really nice . The tutor is really good but can be a bit more engaging . And a bit more focus on a structured approach would make it just perfect for us as we are looking for long term classes and the team responded very positively and together we were able to make a schedule which suited my kids the most . I signed up at this Website about a month back, since I was having problems with Math, and I have to say, that I am very impressed with the system here, at Wizert- The class scheduling, the quality of teachers, and their friendly behavior. The website is very well made, and the teacher-student communication system is very much commendable. On the message board, I can see what my teacher has taught, along with what homework I am assigned with, and whenever I have a problem, I just post it on the message board and my teacher gets back to me shortly. In case I miss any message there, I am immediately notified by email, due to the awesome system. And I also really enjoyed learning Maths on an online whiteboard, which is available, when my class begins. The bright, and big visuals really helped me to understand the formulas and answers to many questions. Not only that- you can even upload PDFs and images of any question there. And to help learn maths, there are different tools, which allow you to write equation symbols and also draw graphs! That was one of the main things that helped me here. The thing I liked the most is the constant support from the team. If I face any difficulty, I just contact them and within just 15 minutes, I get a mail back! Thank You Wizert!
