We have been with Wizert for few years. My coordinator Srinanda has been with me for quite few years now. She has always been very prompt and supportive with all my requests. Having a good coordinator really makes it easy for customer. We are at level that she now understands my needs and preferences when it comes to hiring a tutor. She makes sure that we are 100% good to go with the tutor before finalising. For Wizert, I would like to see some study material available at your website related to the subject. As far as English is concerned, would like to see some structure that teacher follows as per the grade and curriculum. I understand English is not like other subjects which have a set syllabus but still as per the age and grade level a structure and syllabus can be formed which will make parents also understand the progress of child. For example I have been taking classes for more than a year and unless i ask the teacher to focus on a particular topic I have no idea how learning in classes has helped the child to manage school work and other day to dal writing and communication exercises. I know its a little vague field but due to absence of assessment every now and then I do not come to know how classes are benefiting the child.
