We have been with wizert for few years. My coordinator Srinanda has been with me for quite few years now. She has always been very prompt and supportive with all my requests. Having a good coordinator really makes it easy for customer. We are at level that she now understands my needs and preferences when it comes to hiring a tutor. She makes sure that we are 100% good to go with the tutor before finalising. For wizert, I would like to see some study material available at your website related to the subject especially with science as a reference point. Also homework is something that is not consistent even after requesting. Homework and test are required to assess if student is able to grasp or not or require further clarification. Please reiterate to teachers to give timely homework and feedback.
