Our experience with Wizert has been really nice . The tutor is really good but can be a bit more engaging . And a bit more focus on a structured approach would make it just perfect for us as we are looking for long term classes and the team responded very positively and together we were able to make a schedule which suited my kids the most . The admin/ marketing team is also very responsive and takes care of any concerns effectively.

We have been with wizert for few years. My coordinator Srinanda has been with me for quite few years now. She has always been very prompt and supportive with all my requests. Having a good coordinator really makes it easy for customer. We are at level that she now understands my needs and preferences when it comes to hiring a tutor. She makes sure that we are 100% good to go with the tutor before finalising. For wizert, I would like to see some study material available at your website related to the subject especially with science as a reference point. Also homework is something that is not consistent even after requesting. Homework and test are required to assess if student is able to grasp or not or require further clarification. Please reiterate to teachers to give timely homework and feedback.

At the current moment, I don't have any criticism to give toward Wizert. This service has been nothing but helpful to my two middle school daughters. Their current tutor, Pooja, explains things in a way that helps them to not only understand math, but to actually find math easy and simple. They have gone from being frustrated and overwhelmed by math to the type of students who Ace every test. There have been many times when they may not understand new material at school, but with one tutor session from Mrs. Pooja, it's like their understanding is unlocked, and they perform really well on their tests. They are currently making all A's in math and have been recommended for honors math next year. I would definitely recommend Wizert to any parent I know.
