Welcome to Wizert! I'm Pallavi and I'm happy to know that you are here on Wizert. I post graduated from Doon University with a degree in M.Sc Mathematics. My passion for education started at a young age and I spent my summers and holidays volunteering as a home tutor which developed my love for working with children. My idea of teaching is to provide the "Why's?" behind any method or way of solving some problems. I believe in the fact that learning new things and expanding your area of knowledge is a proof of constant growth as I truly support the 'growth mindset'. My teaching philosophy is centered around the idea that every student is unique, their way of handling the situations succeed every day and if provided with right guidance and support, they can thrive in their respective fields. I always ensure to provide a safe comfortable space to the kids so that they can share their ideas and can be comfortable raising their problems as teaching involves two way discussion. I look forward to work together with the motto that nurtures growth in a positive, fun environment.
